Shavit Capital focuses on late-stage investments in Israeli and
Israeli-related companies. The firm manages five private equity funds
with over $500 million under management, and is based in the Jerusalem
Technology Park – Malcha.
Shavit Capital invests in equity, mezzanine, or bridge rounds for
companies planning IPOs on major international exchanges or dual
listings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Typical rounds are
$20–$200 million, with co-investors including leading international
financial institutions.
The firm also participates in smaller bridge rounds of $5–$25 million
for companies targeting IPOs in Israel and other non-US markets.
